All eligible measures must be installed by a licensed contractor, or a contractor that can supply you with either a Federal ID number, or a Certificate of insurance, or a Business Certificate. The only exception to this is an ENERGY STAR®-labeled gas clothes dryer installation.
In order for a rebate application to be considered complete and processed, the following information must be supplied for furnaces, boilers, water heaters, Wi-Fi thermostats, pool heaters and furnace/boiler tune-ups:
NOTE: Rebates are available for existing single-family homes, multi-family homes, condominiums, mobile homes and new builds.

You are able to type right in these forms on your computer. Please complete the applicable form and save it with your electronic files. Then print the completed form, sign it and mail it in along with required documentation for a rebate.
Please note: The program is only open to Western New York customers in our service territory. All appliances must be installed by a contractor. The only exception to this is an ENERGY STAR®-labeled gas clothes dryer installation. Contractors must be able to supply one of the following in order for the rebate application to be considered complete: Federal ID number, a Certificate of Insurance or a Business Certificate showing their company’s name and address. Rebates are available for equipment ugrades, as well as new builds.
